Learn how to prepare Soya Fry exclusively on Gowri Samayalarai. Soya is Healthy and which can be made quickly & easily with less ingredients.

Ingredients:

Soya balls - 100 gms, oil -3 spoons, turmeric powder, pepper, powder-1/2 spoon, curry masala, coriander, chilly powders - 1 spoon each, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste -1 spoon, salt.

Steps:

Soak the soya balls in boiling water for 15 mts, squeeze all the water and cut into pieces. In oil fry ginger ,garlic paste, all powders ,curry leaves .Add soya & salt mix well fry in a slow flame for 5 mts. Don,t add water.
