Easy raw mango pickle, made in 5 minutes. U can store this in fridge for 3 weeks.

Ingredients:

Raw Mango - 2 ; Gingelly oil - 4 spoons ; Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon ; Asafoetida - 1/8th tea spoon ; Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon; Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon ; Rock salt.

Steps :

Cut the raw mango as shown. In oil , fry mustard seeds, asafoetida, all the powders. Add raw mango, salt. Cook in slow flame for a minute. Check for salt & spice & add if needed. Cook for 3 mins, in slow flame.
