Mint-coriander-curry leaf chutney, suits for rice.

Ingredients
Mint,curry,coriander leaves -each 1 cup; oil- 2 spoons; coconut -3 table spoons; red chilly- 4; garlic cloves- 4; tamarind- 1 inch; asafoetida; salt; coriander seeds,jeera,ulund,gram,tuvar dals - each 1 spoon; pepper - 1/4 spoon.

Steps :

In oil, fry dals, coriander seeds, pepper, jeera. Add red chilly,asafoetida & all leaves. Add garlic & tamarind & fry for 1 min. Add coconut,salt & switch off. Add water & grind it to a fine chutney.
