Medhu vadai is a popular companion for idlis, dosas, poori, pongal and any south indian breakfast. Perfect vadai should be crispy outside and soft inside. You can also soak it in sambar or curd to make sambar vadai and thair vadai. Tips on checking the batter consistency is included in the video.
